What's Included in the Cost?

A consultation and discussion regarding quality of life and the in-home euthanasia process. Includes examination of your pet if a new client / patient
House call fee (additional fee if outside main areas served and during after hours)
Premedications (prior to the euthanasia agent): This is a combination of medications that include a sedative, an anesthetic, and a pain reliever prior to administration of the euthanasia agent.
The gift of euthanasia
Lock of fur, ink paw and nose print (if desired)
Memorial gifts from Dr. Ashley
Notification to primary veterinarian of euthanasia
If cremation is desired:
- Transportation to crematorium
- Cremation - communal (no ashes returned). Includes one free clay paw print
- All individual cremations include one free clay paw print and a complimentary wooden urn or scattering tube - other urns are available at an additional charge
- Package pricing includes Wisconsin Sales Tax

Memorial products may be picked up directly or shipped. Shipping of memorial products (including urn with ashes and clay paw print) - additional $35.00
